She is the Director of the shelter. She is a Registered Veterinary Technician. She has a BS in Biology from MU in 2000. She started as the Veterinary Technician for the shelter back in 2000. She received her Associate's in Veterinary Technology in 2011. Katie received her Master's in Public Health with an empasis in Veterinary Medic

She received her Associate's in Veterinary Technology in 2011. Katie received her Master's in Public Health with an empasis in Veterinary Medicine in 2021. She is the Secretary of the Missouri Vet Tech Association and works as a Vice President of the United Women in Faith. She is married, to Robert, and has several furry friends at home. Katie fosters for the shelter as well.

She is married and lives with 3 cats and a dog. She received an Associates Degree from St. Charles Community College. She spends her time working out, walking her dog and reading. She worked as a vet tech for 10 years after retiring from Verizon after working there 25 years. She is currently a volunteer at the St. Charles County Pet A

She is currently a volunteer at the St. Charles County Pet Adoption Center, assisting in the veterinary services area, as well as cleaning kennels and helping with laundry and dishwashing duties. She is also a member of the Pet Adoption Center’s foster program. She fosters abandoned kittens and mother cats with kittens until all are mature enough to be put up for adoption.

Susan Cortner, is treasurer of the non-profit organization Friends of the PAC. She has been employed in the accounting field for 50 years, most recently working for 23 years at Daugherty Systems, Inc. as Assistant Controller/Sales Tax specialist. She is now retired but loves spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandc
Susan Cortner, is treasurer of the non-profit organization Friends of the PAC. She has been employed in the accounting field for 50 years, most recently working for 23 years at Daugherty Systems, Inc. as Assistant Controller/Sales Tax specialist. She is now retired but loves spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Sue currently has 2 rescue dogs that are permanent members of her home and continues to foster dogs for the St Charles County Pet Adoption Center.

Chuck Cortner is a transporter for the shelter and is an active volunteer. Chuck helps transport animals to the veterinarian and assists the shelter in day to day operations.

She grew up in O’Fallon, Mo. She received a BA in management and computer studies. She retired from MEMC after working for 39 years. She is an avid animal rescue person and started All Paws Rescue in 2003. She is currently a volunteer at the shelter. She assists wtih TNR as community Outreach.

Robert is married and has numerous pets. He assists his wife, Katie, with fostering various animals and taking care of their farm.

Lisa is married and has 2 dogs and a cat. She volunteers at the shelter by assisting with community outreach.
We are a non profit group to support our animal shelter. We help St. Charles County residents pay for veterinary services that they could not afford and to help the animals at the Pet Adoption Center with special medical conditions and support the shelter.
